Gallery 01  Pneumatic Pick and Place System

This pick and place system made using a rodless cylinder, double acting cylinder and an air gripper. three solenoid valvs used to control pneumatic components. program made using siemens s7 200 PLC.

Gallery 02  Stepper Pick and Place System

This pick and place system made using a Stepper motor and some pneumatic componets. Stepper motor was controlled using PTO (Pulse Train Output) function of the PLC. A product will come through the Conveyor pick it up and plce into the next conveyor.

Gallery 03  PLC Based Elevator Control System

This is a simple elevator control system programmed using ladder logic. There are 4 stages. once the button is pushed the elevator will come to that stage. This practical is a demonstration of the decision making algorithms.

Gallery 04  PLC Based Liquid Filling System

This project uses two FEM54 vibrant sensors. Program Done using s7 - 200 PLC. Once start button is pushed Tank 02 will start to fill. After tank 02 is full heater will start for 5 Secs. Then heated liquid will again fill into Tank 01. After this preparation is done filling process will start. This project is a demonstration of how to use flow charts.

Gallery 05  PLC Based Production System

This is a part of MPS System. This system includes lots of pneumatics and sequencial process tasks. This project also a perfect example of how to use flow chart concept in ladder diagrams.

  Gallery 06   Siemens S7 - 400 Training Panels

We are still building Training Modules for these PLCs. Students have the Benifit of programming s7 - 300 , s7 -400 and also s7 - 1200.

  Gallery 07   Basic Wiring Practicals

Students dont need to have any prior PLC Knowledge. We start with basic practicals, such as interfacing push buttons, different kind of sensors ect.
